Brockport

Brockport is the western edge of our map and it gets the same crew and the same standard as a job five minutes from the shop. The village has serious old housing stock, much of it now rental, and both halves of that need different things from us.

On owner-occupied village homes, the work is usually careful: matching an existing trim profile, repairing rather than replacing where the original is worth keeping, and cutting lines by hand around a hundred years of woodwork.

On rentals, the constraint is the date. Tell us when the unit has to be ready and we'll scope the repaint, the trim repairs, and the flooring around that, with the price fixed in writing before we start.
