Canandaigua

Canandaigua is the southern edge of our coverage and a different kind of work from the county: a mix of substantial historic homes in town and cottages and year-round houses around the lake.

Lakefront exteriors take a beating from sun and wind off the water, so we treat them as repair jobs that end in paint. Wood replaced where it's soft, everything scraped back to sound material, joints sealed, bare surfaces primed, then finish coats in proper conditions.

In-town houses tend to want the opposite emphasis: careful interior work around original woodwork, plaster repairs done properly, and trim carpentry that matches what is already there. Estimates are free and on site, and we schedule this area in blocks to keep the travel off your price.
