Chili

Chili mixes newer subdivisions with genuinely old farmhouses on larger lots, which means two very different kinds of quote. Newer homes usually need color and better trim. Older ones need somebody to deal with the wood before anyone opens a can of paint.

We do both, and we'd rather tell you on the estimate visit that a sill or a section of fascia has to be replaced than paint over it and have you call us back in a year.

Interior work runs year round here, so if an exterior misses the weather window, we can usually move the inside of the project forward and come back to the outside in spring.
