Fairport

Fairport and East Rochester are canal villages with tight lots and houses built close enough that exterior work has to be planned around the neighbors as much as the weather. We stage compactly, protect what is next door, and keep the site clear each evening.

The village housing here rewards repair over replacement: original porch details, door casings, and window trim that are worth saving if somebody is willing to spend the time on them.

Inside, we handle repaints, trim, doors, flooring, and full remodeling work out through Perinton and Macedon, with a written scope and a real finish date before anything starts.
