Gates

Gates is close enough to the shop that we can get an estimate on the calendar quickly, and the housing stock, mostly ranches, split levels, and post-war colonials, is straightforward to price accurately on a first visit.

A lot of the work here is a whole-house interior repaint paired with the things that make it look finished: new baseboard and casing, doors that finally close, and laminate or vinyl plank replacing carpet that has done its time.

We also take on small commercial work along the Buffalo Road and Chili Avenue corridors, scheduled after hours or over a weekend so the space keeps operating.
