Henrietta

Henrietta runs from dense subdivisions near the university out to farmhouses in Rush, Scottsville, and Avon, and the work changes with it. Newer builds usually want a repaint out of builder-grade flat and an upgrade to the trim and floors. Older houses out toward the river want repair carpentry first.

Turnover work is common here. Between tenants, we can repaint the unit, replace the beaten cabinet doors or the whole run, and put down laminate or vinyl plank on a fixed date so the next lease starts on time.

Estimates are free and on site, with the quote itemized by room so it's obvious what you can defer to next year and what shouldn't wait.
